Tijuana Flats is launching a new “Fresh Forward” menu, starting February 24, 2020! Under Executive Chef Joel Reynders, the new menu will see different preparation styles of Tacos, Chimichangas, and more! The new Chicken Tinga Chimichanga (pictured above) features shredded chicken instead of the typical chopped chicken.
Another new menu item is the Loaded Guac – Freshly prepared guacamole with pico de gallo, bacon, queso fresco, and chopped cilantro. This Loaded Guac was a favorite of mine, with lots of fresh flavors and textures.
Chicken Tortilla Soup was another favorite of mine, featuring shredded chicken, red chile chicken broth, shredded cheese, pico de gallo, fresh cilantro, crunchy tortilla strips, and guac.
Tijuana Flats will also be testing the Golden Agave Margarita and the Impossible Tacos at three Central Florida locations: Aloma in Winter Park, Altamonte, and Lake Mary! Be sure to check them out before the test period ends!
